Is it legal to strap hundreds of glowsticks to myself all over my body, in Illinois, and drive a car?

I have a desire this Halloween to become GLOWMAN!!! I plan on buying at least a hundred, maybe more, assorted colors glow sticks and strapping them all over my body. But the thing is that my boss has already told me that I have to work for Halloween and I pizza drive. I know we have Laws in this state [Illinois] about driving while having a Neon tube visible to you but what about glow sticks? Is it Legal or Illegal? I just don’t wanna get hassled and I really want this to be a fun Halloween and I imagine seeing the faces of people seeing a glowing rainbow man deliver their pizza would be hilarious.

I would concern myself more with the possibility of this causing you to have a car accident rather then the law….
